Fellowship Office in brief

Albania is one of the 56 countries eligible for the Netherlands Fellowship Programme (NFP)

The overall aim of the Fellowship Office of the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Tirana is to provide information and facilitate the process of the fellowship applications.

Target group of NFP programme

Mid-career professionals who are already employed, nationals and working in one of the 57 selected countries.

The NFP offers the following options:

Individual courses:

Fellowships for short courses
Fellowships for master’s degree
Fellowships for PhD studies

The NFP brochure, which describes the five NFP sub-programmes and contains the NFP course list with the all the relevant deadlines. This brochure can be obtained at the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Tirana, or

Apply for the course, master’s degree or PhD study at the Dutch University/institution and be assure to obtain the admission letter. This step has to be taken directly from the individual to the institution (no involvement of the Embassy)
Apply for the fellowship at the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Tirana
